Ian Carle

Ian joined Environment Systems in May 2011 as an Environmental Analyst and is currently working on the data coordination and analysis elements of the monitoring of agri-environmnet schemes in Wales, namely Tir Gofal and Tir Cynnal.

Ian has extensive local authority experience having worked recently for local authorities in England and Scotland, specialising in biological records and coordinating the National Biodiversity Network locally, with the help of local biodiversity partnerships.

Ian has worked for a number of UK Wildlife Trusts, tackling everything from reserve management, Phase 1 surveys to IT support and training.

Ian is a member of the British Ecological Society and the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (IEEM).
