PSI in Action

Steve Keyworth, Director, Environment Systems will be attending the PSI in Action conference in London on 20^th October.  This is part of the on going development and planning work being done by Environment Systems and One Bright Space to anticipate the access to government data in a ‘machine readable’ form through www.data.gov.uk (This is currently a closed beta site, going live in January 2010). 

This is exciting times for access and re-use of government data, currently being driven by Sir Tim Berners-Lee and  Professor Nigel Shadbolt in their role as advisors to the government on public information delivery.
